Injured BUT active

When you want to have excuses you will find your excuses!!!

I am injured... My arm hurts BUT it's just my arm not my legs. I need to recover my muscle and I can't do anything with my arms so here is the plan when you have to recover and stay away from the gym...

1- Low your carbohydrates and try to eat them in the morning so that you can burn it during the day.

2- Up your protein it will help you to recover your muscles fibers faster. 

3- try to walk or move more depends of the injured. In my case I can still workingout with my legs.

4- Sleep 7-8 hours 

All is about how well you eat so try to continue with your eating plan and avoid all the fast food!!!

Round 2 of 21 day fix

I am so excited to show my dedication and my results!!

This Sunday my 2dn  round will be done and I can't believe that I am having such a nice results... Be ready for this on Sunday!!! Can't wait to share my Success with my people!!!!

I didn't loose weight because I wanted to maintain and tone my body!!! I have the right weight now and the big changes are in my arms and legs!!! I am burning fat and I can see it in my belly.
